For personal injury cases, we never charge a fee unless we recover money for our clients. 

For other cases, we offer creative pricing alternatives so that our services can be available to more people. Depending on the type of case and circumstance, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. If working for an hourly rate, we will keep detailed logs of the time spent on your case. We count in ten minute increments and round down when in-between them. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon the closing of a case and upon receipt of a bill. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools.
